The 2009 WFTDA Tournament structure calls for a Regional Tournament in each of the organization's four divisions (East, West, North Central and South Central) to determine the top three competitors in each geographic region: the survivors of these events will skate on to Philadelphia where the National Champion will be determined here at the Declaration Of Derby!
* Although the 7th slot in the Eastern Division belongs to Harrisburg Area Roller Derby, HARD is unable to attend the tournament.
‡ Although the 8th slot in the Eastern Division belongs to Maine Roller Derby, the Port Authorities are unable to attend the tournament.
